రేప్ ల భారతం ....

ద్రౌపది ని నిండు సభలో వివత్సరని చేయడానికి కౌరవులు ప్రయత్నించినందుకు గాను మాత్రమె కురుక్షేత్రం  యుద్ధం సంభవించింది. సీత దేవి అపహరణకు గాను మాత్రమె రామాయణ మహా యుద్ధం సంబవించింది. రెండిటిలోనూ లక్షల మంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు. రామాయణ మహాభారతాలు రెండు మహిళ చుట్టూనే మహిళ కోసమే జరిగినాయి. రాముడు ఉన్న కాలం లో రావణుడు ఉన్నాడు, ధర్మరాజు ఉన్న కాలం లో దుర్యోధనుడు ఉన్నాడు. కాని అధర్మం పైన ధర్మం, అసత్యం పైన సత్యం విజయాన్ని సాధిస్తాయని, ఈ సత్యాన్ని సర్వ వ్యాప్తి చేసి ప్రజలలో ధర్మ విచక్షణ రావాలని ఆనాటి చరిత్రలని ఈనాటికి చెప్పుకుంటూనే ఉన్నాము.
ఢిల్లీ లో జరిగిన సంఘటన ఈరోజు కొత్తగా జరిగినది కాదు, మనమెప్పుడు విననిది కాదు. రోజు ప్యాపర్ చదివే అలవాటు ఉంటె ఆ మూలనో ఈ మూలనో ప్రతిరోజు కనిపించే వార్త "యువతి పై అత్యాచారం", ఇక బీహార్, ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ లో అయితే అది ఒక రోజు వారి క్రీడ . అగ్ర కులం వారు, కింద కులాల ఆడవారు తమ వాంఛలు తీర్చే బొమ్మలుగా భావిస్తారు అక్కడ. కులం పేరుతోనో, అవసరం  పేరుతోనో, అవకాశాల పేరుతోనో  ఒక మగువ ని లొంగ తీసుకుని శరీరాన్ని అనుభవించే కుక్కలు గురించి మనం వింటూనే ఉంటాము..
ఇండియా లో లెక్కల ప్రకారం (కేవలం లెక్కల ప్రకారం మాత్రమే ) ప్రతి 20 నిమిషాలకు ఒక రేప్ జరుగుతుంది, అందులో 25% కన్నా తక్కువ వాటిలో మాత్ర మే శిక్షలు పడుతున్నాయి, శిక్షలు కూడా నామమాత్రముగా ఉన్నాయి (1 లేదా 2 సంవత్సరాలు). ఈ సంవత్సరం మొత్తం 25,000 పైన రేప్ కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి, లైగిక వేధింపులుతో కలుపుకుని అసలు సంఖ్య  కనీసం లక్షకి ధాటి ఉంటుంది, అంటే ప్రతి 500 మంది మహిలల్లో ఒకళ్ళు మన దేశం లో వేధింపులకి గురి అవుతున్నారు. అంటే రేప్ లని నిరోధించడం లో గాని, వాళ్ళని పట్టుకోడం లో గాని, మరియు కోర్టుల్లో శిక్షలు పడేటట్టు చెయ్యడం లో గాని మన  సంస్థలు ఎంతగా నిర్వీర్యం చెందాయో అర్ధమవుతుంది. కాకపోతే భారత దేశం లో ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థలు పనిచెయ్యకపోవడం అనేది మనకు అలవాటు అయిపోయినాయి కాబట్టి, ఈ విషయం లో మన చర్మము స్పందించదు కాబట్టి  దీని గురించి పదే పదే మాట్లాడుకున్న అనవసరము. , మనకు సిగ్గు వచ్చి మంచి నాయకత్వాన్ని ఎన్నుకునే వరకు మార్పు కోరుకోవడానికి మనం అనర్హులం.
 బొత్స సత్యన్నారాయణ డిల్లీ సంగటన పైన మాట్లాడుతూ అర్ధరాత్రి స్వాతంత్రం వచ్చింది కదా అని అర్ధరాత్రి తిరిగితే ఎలా అని ప్రశ్నిచాడు. మనకి సిగ్గే ఉంటె వాడికి మల్లి వోటు వేసి గెలిపించము. కాని మనం కులానికో మతానికో ప్రాంతానికో భందుత్వానికో వోటు వేస్తాము గాబట్టి , Botsa you are safe. ఎవరో చెప్పినట్టు "India needs good leaders, but people do not deserve them" అన్నది నిజమేమో అనిపిస్తుంది.

కాని వీటి అన్నిటికన్నా ముఖ్యమయినది, అసల మన మనసుల్లో ఆడవారి పైన ఉన్న భావాలు ఏంటి. చదువుకున్న వాళ్ళు చదువు లేని వాళ్ళు అన్న తేడా లేకుండా, ఆడది అంటే మగవాడి కన్నా తక్కువ అన్న అభిప్రాయం పాత తరం నుండి కొత్త తరం వరకు పాతుకు పోయి ఉంది. అమ్మ ని నాన్న, చెల్లి ని అన్న, కోడలిని మామ, చులకన చేసే  సందర్భాలు రోజు మన ముందు జరుగుతూనే ఉన్నాయి. ఇలా మన కుటుంబము లో మన పిల్లలికే చిన్నప్పుడి నుండి ఆడది అంటే మగవాడి అదుపులో ఉండే వ్యక్తి అని  చూపిస్తున్నాము. ఆవిధంగా పెరిగి పెద్ద అయిన పిల్లడు ఏమి చేస్తాడు. ఇంకా జనాలు ఎంత మూర్కత్వం లో ఉన్నారంటే, నా స్నేహితుడి స్నేహితుడు ఒకడు అమెరికా లో ఉంటాడు, తనతో మాట్లాడుతూ ఉన్నప్పుడు తను అన్నాడు, తనకి ఒక పాపా ఉందని, రెండవ సారి కూడా పాప అని తెలిసి తన భార్యకి అబార్షణ్  చేపించా అని , ఎంత సిగ్గు లేని పని, ఆ విష యాన్ని ఎ మాత్రం సిగ్గు లేకుండా మల్లి చెప్తున్నాడు, అది అమెరికా లో హై టెక్కు జాబ్  చెయ్యటానికి వచ్చిన వ్యక్తి. ఎన్ని చట్టాలు ఉంటె మాత్రం ఇతన్ని అదుపు చెయ్యగలము.
ఇంట్లో ఆడపిల్ల బయటికి వెళ్తే రోడ్డు పైన ఎవరన్నా ఏడిపించిన ఇంట్లో చెప్పలేని పరిస్థితి ఎందుకంటే ఇంట్లో ఆ అమ్మాయిని అసల నువ్వు ఆ టైం లో అక్కడేమి చేస్తున్నావని తిడతారేమో అని. మానబంగానికి ఒక అమ్మాయి గురి అయితే అబ్బాయికి శిక్ష పడిందా లేదా అని పట్టించుకోడానికి ముందే అమ్మాయిని సమాజం నుండి వెలివేసే మనస్తత్వాలు, ఎవరన్న అల్లరి చేస్తే అది అమ్మాయి బట్టలకు ముడిపెట్టి తిట్టే సమాజం, ... వీటన్నిటిలో భాదితురాలు మహిళే  దానికి శిక్ష అనుభవించేది మహిళే కావడం భాధాకరం. 

సినమల్లో కులాన్ని ప్రస్తావించారని రోడ్డు ఎక్కే జనాలు, తమ  హీరో ల కోసం రోడ్డు ఎక్కి కొట్టుకునే జనాలు, మన MLA రౌడీ అయిన దగుల్బాజీ అయిన, కబ్జా కోరు అయినా మనకెందుకులే అనుకునే జనాలు , పక్క ఇంటిలోనే మగాడు తాగి వచ్చి అమ్మనో పెల్లాన్నో  పిల్లలనో కోడతంటే, మన తలుపులు బిగవేసుకుని మన ఇంట్లో  కూర్చుంటున్న ఈరోజుల్లో,  ఒక అమ్మాయికి జరిగిన అన్యాయానికి దేశ వ్యాప్తము గా ప్రజలంతా చూపించిన ఈ చైతన్యం స్పూర్తినిస్తుంది. ఈ క్రైసిస్ ని అవకాశం  గ తీసుకుని ఇప్పటికైనా చట్టాలని  అలాగే దేశం లో మహిళల ఔన్నత్యాన్ని పటిష్టం చెయ్యడానికి కృషి జరుగుతుందని ఆశిస్తూ .........

ప్రభుత్వం వైపు  నుండి నేను కోరుకునే మార్పులు/సలహాలు

1. విధిగా 8.00 PM దాటిన తర్వాత వైన్ షా పులని మూసిఎయ్యడం, లేకుంటే అక్కడ ఉన్న ప్రజలు భాగస్వాములు అయ్యి మూపించడము (ఇది చాల ముఖ్యమైనది)
2. ఆడవారికోసం ప్రత్యేక బస్సు సర్వీసులని పెంచడము
3. ఎమ్మటే పోలీస్ రిఫార్మ్స్ తీసుకుని వచ్చి జనాభా ప్రాతిపదికన పోలిసుల సంక్యని, గస్తీ ని  పెంచడము
4. దేశ వ్యాప్తముగా 911 వంటి సర్వీసుని త్వరిత గతిన అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకుని రావడము
5. త్వరిత గతిన న్యాయాన్ని అందించడానికి, లైంగిక వేధింపుల చట్టాలని నిపునులతో మార్పులు
6. ప్రతీ ఆడపిల్లకి స్కూల్స్ మరియు కాలేజి లలో 'self defense' ని నేర్పించడము

TAKE PART and DO CARE

Recently one of my good friend’s younger brother died in a road accident. Due to several reasons, he couldn't even able to get to India to see him at last. This is one of such things that you never forget in your life.
My sister when she conceived, Doctors in India showed us hell, with their careless attitudes. Sitting here, I was so angry to an extent that I wanted to file a case in the police station.  In India, Society in general has transformed itself to a very dangerous level.


Accident, is this something happened out of bad luck? Keeping luck, karma siddhanthas, fate lines, jathaka chakras aside, can you say NO, If I say " the accident happened beacuse of the roads, lack of strict enforcement of traffic rules, and primarily beacuse of immoral, in active, incapable, impotent leaders who dont care about common man?"

When I was in my Bachelors or more particular when I was in Hyderabad, it’s a routine to see someone dying on a road due to accidents, seeing ambulance struggling to get to the accident location while the person bleeding to death.


in our lives, may be we have seen several things like, people with no homes, people dying of hunger, people dying of sunstrokes in summer, rains in monsoon and cold in Winter, people living roadside in huts, people struggling to get their grabbed lands, people murdered beacuse of land, sand, petrol, and power mafias, parents thrown away by their adult children, and so on ……Now I am here in US, I no more see those daily, I no more experience them on a daily basis, so shall I no more anticipate for betterment of India. Am I totally insulated from what’s going on back in India? Though everything of social living strings back to politics, shall I take no part in it and leave it as a foreign subject?
Some asks, being here, you don’t vote, you don’t be able to change, you don’t experience the problems, so why do you even think of them, just leave it? ...........But what to do, whether you like it or not, you still a part of it, a part of India, where your loved mother, father, sibling,  people who loved you, and people who cared for you are still living there. They affected means you affected. Today, I may say, it happened to someone, so I ignore it, but, same will sure happen to me tomorrow.

Like someone said,

I will do that one help that I can

I will donate that one dollar that I can

I will lead that one step that I can

I will sacrifice that one thing that I can

"లోక్ సత్తా జే.పి దిగజారుడుతనము" కి సమాధానం

ఇటీవల  "గ్రేట్ ఆంధ్ర"  లో "లోక్ సత్తా జే.పి దిగజారుడుతనము" ( http://telugu.greatandhra.com/sangathulu/1-05-2012/loksa_8.php ) అనే వ్యాసము ప్రచురితమయినది.  అందులో లోక్ సత్తా ఉద్యమ నేతగా జే.పి  గారు పేరు గడించారన్న అభిప్రాయాన్ని వ్యక్త పరిచినందుకు ధన్యవాదాలు. అయితే అందులో రచయిత   జే.పి  గారి వ్యక్తిత్వము, సైద్దాంతికత  , రాజకీయ  నాయకత్వము, విలువలు పై అ శాస్త్ర్రీయమయిన   మరియు 

సత్యదూరమయిన  వ్యాఖ్యలు  చేసారని  బావిస్తున్నాను . ఈ  విషయము లో గ్రేట్ ఆంధ్ర  పాటకులకు  నిజాలను  శాస్త్ర్రీయ  ఆధారాలతో పరిచయము చేయడము మా భాద్యతగా బావించి ఒక లోక్ సత్తా మద్దతు దారుగా ఈ సమాధాన   వ్యాసము రాయడమయినది.  ఈ వ్యాస  ప్రచురణకు  అంగీకరించినందుకు గ్రేట్ ఆంధ్ర యాజమాన్యానికి ముందుగా  మా కృతజ్ఞతలు.

ఎన్నికల నాడు తెలంగాణా సమస్యపై లోక్ సత్తా  మరియు ఇతర పార్టీల తీరు 

తెరాస, BJP లాంటి  పార్టీలు తెలంగాణా ప్రత్యెక రాష్ట్రమే అన్ని సమస్యలుకు పరిష్కారం అని ప్రచారం చేసాయి. కానీ  BJP అధికారములో ఉన్నప్పుడు తెలంగాణా ని వ్యతిరేకించి మరలా ఎన్నికలప్పుడు ప్రమాణం చేసింది.  తెదేపా, కాంగ్రెస్ లాంటి పార్టీలు సందర్భాన్ని బట్టి మాట చెపుతున్నాయి.  గెలుపే ప్రధానమని ప్రజలకు ప్రత్యెక రాష్ట్రము ఇస్తామని చెప్పాయి.  లోక్ సత్తా తెలంగాణ ఏర్పాటు వలన ప్రజల సమస్యలన్నీ పరిష్కారం కావని,  ప్రజలు కోరుకుంటే రాష్ట్రము ఏర్పడుతుంది కానీ, సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారంగా వికేంద్రికరణ, విద్య, ఉపాధి లాంటి అజెండా ని ప్రచారం చేసింది. 

డిసెంబర్  9th ప్రకటనకు ముందు మరియు తర్వాత  పార్టీల తీరు 

అన్ని పార్టీల సమావేశంలో పార్టీలన్నీ దోబూచులాడాయి. అందరూ తెలంగాణాకి అనుకూలమని సంకేతం ఇచ్చాయి.  లోక్ సత్తా మాత్రం ఈ సమస్యను ప్రజల దృష్టిలో, federal వ్యవస్థలో అలోచించి ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలని మరియు చట్ట వ్యవస్థ చూపించే అలాంటి నిర్ణయాన్ని తాము మద్దతు ఇస్తామని చెప్పింది. డిసెంబర్ 9 ప్రకటనకు ముందు జరిగిన సమావేశములో చెప్పిన మాట మార్చని పార్టీ లోక్ సత్తా.  ప్రకటన  తర్వాతప్రజల  మనోభావాలను ఆసరాగా తీసుకుని, రెచ్చ  గొట్టే ప్రసంగాలతో రాజకీయ  పార్టీ లు ఆటలాడుకుంటుంటే, విద్యార్ధులు ఆవేశాలకు లోనయ్యి ప్రాణాలు తీసుకుంటుంటే, లోక్ సత్తా మాత్రమె తమపై దాడులకి కూడా వెరవకుండా, ఆంధ్ర  ప్రాంతములో, " తెళంగాణ  ఇస్తే నష్టమేమిటని?",  తెళంగాణ  ప్రాంతములో, "రాష్ట్ర  సాధన  సర్వ  రోగ  నివారిణి కాదు అని, కాబట్టి సమయమునతో వ్యవహరించాలని" సూచిస్తూ భావో ద్వేగాలను చల్లార్చే ప్రయత్నము చేసింది.  

Telangana రాష్ట్రంపై  లోక్ సత్తా మనోభావం 

లోక్ సత్తా కానీ జయప్రకాశ్ నారాయణ గారు గాని ఏనాడూ తెలంగాణా ఏర్పాటుకి వ్యతిరేఖమని ప్రకటించలేదు మరియు వ్యతిరేఖంగా ప్రవర్తించలేదు.  గణాంకాలు, ఆరోపణలు, సాక్ష్యాలు  అన్ని ప్రాంతాల సమస్యలను చూపిస్తాయి. కానీ లోక్ సత్తా మూడు అంశాలను ఎప్పుడు గౌరవిస్తుంది - ప్రజల ఆకాంక్ష, రాజ్యాంగం మీద భక్తి మరియు ప్రజాసామ్యం లో చట్ట  సభల ప్రాముఖ్యము. హోం మంత్రి ప్రకటనని గౌరవించాలని చెప్పింది. అందుకే నాడు  శ్రీ కృష్ణ committee ని స్వాగతించింది. అదే committee గీత దాటిన నాడు విమర్శించింది. Governor ని అవమానించిన  రోజు, విగ్రహాలు పగల గొట్టిన రోజు JP గారు ఖండిచారు. కొన్ని పార్టీలు వీటిని చూపించి  లోక్ సత్తా తెలంగాణాకి వ్యతిరేఖమని  ప్రచారం చేసారు కానీ రాజ్యాంగం పైన ఉన్నమరియు సమాజము పైన  ఉన్న మక్కువను అర్థము చేసుకోలేదు. తెలంగాణా ప్రజల కోసం 610  జి.ఓ. మీద కానీ, 14 F గురించి గానీ, అవినీతి గురించి గాని, నీటి సమస్య మీద  కానీ ఆయన చేస్తున్న కృషి మరుగున ఉండి పోయింది.  ఆయన  రాష్ట్ర అసెంబ్లీ లో తెలంగాణా సమస్యపై చర్చించాలని ప్రతి అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశానికి ముందు కోరుతున్నారు.  కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇక తాత్సారము చెయ్యరాదని రాష్ట్రాన్ని అయోమయంలో ఉంచవద్దని  ప్రధాన మంత్రి ని చిదంబరం గారిని కోరారు. వీధి పోరాటాలు మరియు ఆత్మ హత్యలు వద్దని చెప్పారు. ఇప్పుడు లోక్ సత్తా చెపుతున్నధీ అదే కానీ ఇతర పార్టీల విష ప్రచారం నుంచి ప్రజలను పార్టీ ని రక్షించాలని ప్రచార    భాష  ని సులభతరం చేసారు.  సమగ్ర చర్చతో ఇచ్చి పుచ్చుకొనే ధోరణిలో సామరస్యంగా తెలంగాణా ఏర్పాటు అయితే ఆహ్వానిస్తామని ప్రజలు కోరుకొంటే అలాగే జరుగుతుందని నమ్ముతున్నారు. ఇది పెద్ద మనిషి తనమే గాని దిగజారుడు తనం కాదు.

తెలంగాణా కోసం ఇప్పటివరకు లోక్ సత్తా ఏమి చేసిందంటే?

•  డిసెంబర్ 9 ప్రకటన  నిమిత్తము  కేంద్ర  ప్రభుత్వము  ఒక  మాట  ఇచ్చినప్పుడు దానికి కట్టుబడి  ఉండాలని, రాజకీయ  పార్టీ లు రోజుకోమాట  కాకుండా  నిబద్ధత  తో ఉండాలని గట్టిగ  నిలదీసింది.  అందుకు ఒక ప్రత్యెక శాసన సభ సమావేసము వేసి చర్చించాలని  తీర్మానము పెట్టారు.
•  హైదరాబాద్  ఫ్రీ జోన్  కాదని రాష్ట్రపతి ఉత్తర్వులోని 14F ని తొలిగించేందుకు విశేష కృషి చేసింది మరియు అందరిని ఒప్పించింది.
•  అలాగే రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా రాష్ట్ర  ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు   అనుకూలముగా  610 GO అమలుకు పోరాటము చేసింది.
• హైదరాబాద్ నీటి సమస్య కోసం కృష్ణ phase -౩ ని పూర్తి చెయ్యాలని ప్రయత్నమూ చేస్తున్నది.
• అసలే నీరు తక్కువగా ఉన్న తెలంగాణా నుంచి గోదావరి నీటిని హైదరాబాద్ తరలించవద్దని వాదించింది.
• లోక్ సత్తా గెలిచిన కుకట్ పల్లి ని మోడల్ నియోజక వర్గంగా తీర్చి దిద్దుతున్నది ( http://kukatpallynow.com ) .  ఇప్పటి వరకు 750 కోట్లు వెచ్చించి జలాశయాలు, రోడ్లు, బళ్ళు, పార్కులు ఇంకా వసతులు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారు. అసలు అయిన  అజెండా విద్య మరియు ఉపాధి ని నమ్మి, trainings ఇప్పించి 2000 మంది కి ఉద్యోగాలు ఇప్పించారు. 
• తెలంగాణా రైతు సమస్యలపై అధ్యయనం చేసి మార్కెట్ యార్డ్లు, కోల్డ్ storage కావాలని చెప్పారు. సిద్ధిపేట లో అది ఆచరణ లోకి తెప్పించారు.  జలయజ్ఞం పేరుతో జరుగుతున్న స్కాములని అరికట్టాలని, ఆచరణ సాధ్యం కానీ ప్రాజెక్ట్లు కాకుండా,  తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో ఎక్కువ లాభం వచ్చే ప్రాజెక్ట్లు ఉండాలని, ఆ నిధులు మరియు ఆ నిర్ణయాలు స్థానిక  ప్రభుత్వాలకి బదలాయించాలని లోక్ సత్తా వాదిస్తున్నది. 
• తాత్కాలిక  సహాయంతో ఊరుకోకుండా వరదల వల్ల ఆర్ధికంగా వెనుక బడి పోయిన నాలుగు గ్రామాల్లో శాశ్వత సహాయం ఉండేలా చెయ్యాలని లోక్ సత్తా నిర్ణయించింది.  ఇందులో భాగంగా మహబూబ్ నగర్ కేసవరంలో పాటశాల కోసం మూడు తరగతి గదులు ఏర్పాటు చేసారు. 

తెలంగాణా ఏర్పడినా  ఏర్పాటు కాకున్నా లోక్ సత్తా పార్టీ గానీ,  అలాంటి అజెండా ఉన్న పార్టీలు గెలిస్తే గానీ మన రాష్ట్రానికి  లేక మన దేశానికీ అభివృద్ధి సాధ్యం కాదని మేము ఘాడంగా విశ్వసిస్తున్నాము.

ఎండాకాలం వదదేబ్బ కొట్టి చచ్చినోడు, వర్షాకాలం వానలకి చచ్చినోడు, పిడుగికి చచ్చినోడు, పాము కాటుకి చచ్చినోదు, మొగుడు బాధకి చచ్చిన పెళ్ళాం, పెళ్ళాం బాధని తట్టుకోలేక చచ్చిన  భర్త ,  భర్త  బాధని తట్టుకోలేక చచ్చిన  పెళ్ళాం, కాదేది ఓదార్పు కి అనర్హం అన్నట్టు, కాతికేల్లిన  ప్రతి ఒక్కన్ని YSR కోసం చనిపోయాడని సినిమా చూపించి గత రెండున్నర సంవత్సరాలుగా ఒధర్చుకి తింటున్నాడు జగన్. రైతులు, మహిళలు, మద్యం, అప్పులు, నిరుద్యోగం, ఇలా సమస్య ఏదయినా సమాధానం మాత్రం ఓదార్పు యాత్రే జగన్ కి. మొన్నటికి మొన్న "నేనేగనక CM అయితే రాష్ట్రం లో అవినీతి లేకుండా చేస్తానని పెద్ద కామెడీ చేసేసాడు జగన్. పొద్దున్నే అయితే బురదగుంటలో బోర్లాడే ఆనందించే పంది "నాకే గనక   ఛాన్స్ వస్తే ఊర్లో బురద  లేకుండా చేస్తా" అన్నట్టుంది ఆ  ప్రకటన. మాటల్ల్లో కాస్త punch, force, ఉంటె చాలు దానికి అర్ధం పరమార్ధం పట్టించుకోకుండా విజిల్స్, చప్పట్లు కొట్టేస్తారు గాబట్టి షరా మామూలుగా దీనిక్కోడ్డా చప్పట్లు కొట్టేసి తిని పడుకున్నారు జనాలు. 

 

YSR ఆత్మ అయిన KVP, YSR కి నీడ  గా చెప్పుకునే సూరీడు ఇద్దరినీ తన దుడుసుతనం, అహంబావం తో దూరం చేసుకున్న గడసరి జగన్. సినీ హీరో రాజశేఖర్ ని కూడా తట్టుకోలేనంత, భరించలేనంత   అసూయ  కలిగిన జగన్  ధోరణిలో ఈ  మధ్య  మార్పు గమనించి ఆశ్చర్య  పోతున్న. ఎవ్వరిని నమ్మని, ఎవ్వరిని గౌరవించని , ఎవ్వరిని ఆత్మీయం గా ఫీల్ కాని జగన్ ఒంటెద్దు పోకడ ఈ మధ్య  కాస్త   మారినట్టు అనిపిస్తోంది. రాజకీయాలని ఈ రెండు సంవత్సరాల  కాలం లో కాస్త  రక్తం లో చేర్చుకున్నదేమో కాని వేరే వాళ్ళతో కలిసి వెళ్ళాలి అన్న ఇంగిత జ్ఞానం తత్ట్టినట్టుంది. జన్మత్: శత్రువులు అని ఫీల్ అయ్యే సామాజిక వర్గానికి దగ్గర కావాలనుకోడం, ఎవ్వరిని పట్టించుకోని లేదా ఉన్నవాళ్ళని కూడా దూరం చేసుకోగల   నేర్పరి అయిన  జగన్, మోహన్ బాబు ఇంటి గడప  తొక్కడం,  తెలుగు దేశం లోని కమ్మ సామాజిక వర్గాన్ని చేరదీయడం, రోజా ని దువ్వి మల్లి దారి లో పెట్టడం, చూస్తూ ఉంటె జగన్ ధోరణి రాజకీయ  పరిణతి లో మార్పు స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తున్నై. ఎ పార్టీ గెలుస్తున్దనుకుంటే ఆ పార్టీ లో కి జంప్ చేసే జంపింగ్  జాక్ లు కి ప్రధాన  శిభిరముగా తయారయ్యింది  యువజన  శ్రామిక  రైతు (YSR ) కాంగ్రెస్  పార్టీ. 

ఇంగితం ఆలోచన , నైతికత , నాయకత్వ లక్షణాలు , న్యాయం, ధర్మము, ఆలోచింఛి నిర్ణయం తీసుకోగల  శక్తి మన జనాలకి లేదు గాబట్టి ఎలాగు 2009 లో కాంగ్రెస్ ని గెలిపించి అరగుండుగా మిగిలిన   రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఈ సారి YSR Congress  పార్టీ ని గెలిపించి పరిపూర్ణ  గుండుగా మారుస్తారేమో. 

30 ఇయ్యర్స్ ఇండస్ట్రీ....TDP

భూమి పై ఊపిరి పీల్చుకుంటున్న ప్రతి తెలుగు వాడు, ఆసక్తి తో చూస్తుండగా, డిల్లి గడ్డ పై పాలకులకు ముచ్చెమటలు పోయించడానికి సిద్దమవుతూ, NTR నోటిలోనుంచి తెలుగువాడి కోసమే ప్రసవించిన తెలుగు దేశం నేటితో ముప్పై వసంతాలు పూర్తి చేసుకుంటున్న సందర్బముగా హార్దిక శుభాకాంక్షలు.

నిరు పేదల కన్నీటి లో నునిడ్
కాస్త జీవుల కన్నీళ్ళలో నునిడ్

తెలుగు వడ్డీ వాడి వేడి చాటి చెప్పడానికి
తెలుగు వాడి ఆత్మా గౌరవం నిలబెత్తనికి పుట్టిన్ధంటూ అన్న గారు చెప్పి ౩౦ సంవత్సరాలు గడిచిపోయాయి


అన్నగారిని చూసి మంత్ర ముగ్ధులై, జనం ప్రభంజనం సృష్టించారు , వేరెవ్వరు సాధించని, సాధించలేని అఖండమైన majority ని అందించి, AP సింహాసనం పైన సింహాన్ని కూర్చోపెట్టారు.
అన్నగారి పుణ్యమో, రాష్ట్రము లో పెను మార్పులు, పరిపాలన లో కొత్త పుంతలు, పేదవాడికి కుర్చీ వేసి కూర్చోబెట్టింది తెలుగు దేశం ప్రభుత్వం. అన్నగారు చనిపోయేవరకు, పేద వాడు తెలుగు దేశం ప్రభుత్వం అన్యోన్య దాంపత్యం చేసాయి. 
చనక్యునికి చీదర వేసే నీతి తో, చంద్రబాబు ముక్యమంత్రి పీతాన్ని కైవసం చేసుకుని, పేద వాడి చుట్తో తిరిగిన పార్టీ ని, HiTech రంగమ వైపు పరిగెత్తించారు. టెక్నాలజీ రంగం లో రాష్ట్రము సరికొత పయన్నని ఆరంబించి, మరొక్కసారి దేశం రాష్ట్రము వైపు చూసేలా చేసారు. స్వయం తప్పిదాలతో పీతం చేజార్చుకున్న చంద్ర బాబు, అధికారం దూరమయ్యి  7 సంవత్సరాలు ముగుస్తుంది. 30 సంవత్సరాలలో 17 సంవత్సరాలు అధికారం అనుభవించిన TDP నేటి రాజకీయ కీచులాటలో చిగురుటాకుల వనుకుతుంది. నీవు నేర్పిన విద్యయే నీరజాక్ష అన్నట్టు, గురువుని మించిన శిష్య్లు తయారయ్యి, చ్నంధ్ర బాబు కి ముచ్చెమటలు పట్టిస్తున్నారు. నా స్నేహితుడు అనట్టు, ఇదంతా NTR valla వాడికి అంటిన పాపం అని, ..... వాళ్ళ పాపమో రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు చేసుకున్న పాపమో, రాష్ట్రము శయనీయ పరిస్తుల్లోకి వెళ్ళిపోతుంది
మనఃస్పూర్తిగా తెలుగు దేశం కోలుకోవాలని కోరుకోక పోయిన, ఆ పార్టీ అందించిన పరిపాలనకి నా కృతజ్ఞతలు.


కొత్త తరానికి, కొత్త ఆలోచనలకి, సరి కొత్త లక్ష్యాలని సాధించడానికి, దేశం  సరికొత ఉన్నత శికరాలను చేరుకోడానికి........, పార్టీ పెట్టిన  30 ఏళ్ళ తర్వాత, తను ఆవిర్భవించినప్పటి నూతనత్వముతో నిజాయితి తో ముందుకు రావాలని కోరుకుంటూ...... మరియు., ఈ సందర్భముగా అన్న గారికి మరొకసారి నివాళులు అర్పిస్తూ, ఇప్పటికి సెలవు...

By-Election Analysis - for Loksatta - My Opinions

The election results of Kovur and Mahaboob Nagar are very disappointing to many Loksatta supporters, and the happiest thing is that everyone trying to identify the reasons and coming up with different solutions. I wish someone can collide all and make a comprehensive report.

Below are all my personal opinions kept in a write-up. You may or may not agree. You may know of them, they may be simple and basic, but I feel not implemented at ground level. One thing for sure is that our current methods are not yielding. Please also don’t get to a conclusion that I am asking to behave LSP like conventional parties.

My Observations on voting patterns

1)      Majority of the people doesn’t vote just because the party or candidate is good (if we segregate the people into different categories, educated may think what is good & bad but they may end up not voting, middle class weigh the benefits, look at caste, and vote. Poor only vote to a party which establishes a relationship with them through party representative. Personal relations are very important with them (can be done by village level or community level party workers). That’s why, in villages it is important to have volunteers, party cadre, community representatives from our party.

2)      People are ready to vote a BAD guy who is strong, powerful, and who they think can get work done compared to a GOOD guy. That’s why I think Jagan winning seats and Reddy brother’s candidate winning Ballary seats.

3)      After removing base votes (I mean people who vote to a particular party no matter what) for each party, next major chunk of votes are from anti-incumbency votes. These votes will change the governments.

4)      Anti-incumbency votes mostly favor the 2^nd strongest party after ruling party. People always take down the ruling party because of hate on them but not because they all of sudden liked the opposition. It’s always important for opposition to show reasons to public to hate the ruling party. Anti-incumbency made SP to win in UP, Congress to Win in 2004, and to wipe the Communist in WB. Always the next major party after ruling party benefitted the most from it. So we need to show we are also strong. We have to pull TDP back and show that we are second major party in at least some constituencies, so that we can take advantage of anti-incumbency, which is going be there in 2014.

5)      Talk Talk Talk, sometime ‘talk’ will spread like wild fire. No matter how bad the media tries to make one party win, people based on the talk, will prove otherwise. Take modi case, all print and visual media was against to him but he won. In 2004, no one expected such a bad lose for TDP, Andhra jyoti, ETV and Eenadu tried to make TDP look so good but Congress won.

6)      People started not voting for personal benefits. They don’t care if you promise for hospital or school or road, but they vote if you promise them with free TV, free rice, free power.

7)      People do calculations and try to vote one party to make other party loose, even though they really wanted to vote other party.

8)      Strength show is very important to build confidence in the voters that we are strong, big, many support us, and should strike then that we may be winning this time.

In Common man’s prospective - Majorly What LSP has done till now

1) Dr. JP has given excellent speeches in the Assembly, shown highest standards in the Assembly discussions. (None other than educated cared about it)

2) Dr. JP took the Rythu Satyagraha Yatra to lift ban on Rice Exports (well accepted and received. May be for a common man, it is the only work we did from past 3 years…L

3) Advocated for Anti-Corruption mechanism, and arranged small small meetings here and there (People recognized we always demanded for Corruption free institutions, but we utterly failed to champion the cause)

4) Party Organizing Training camps for boosting Local leadership (I can’t comment, don’t have full information on how effective they are)

5) Demanded for discussion of T-Issue in Assembly, advocated lifting of 14F (we failed again to take it to the public)

6) Announced that we support if a decision is taken in favor of Telangana. (this is not sufficient to win any votes. Majority of the people are looking for some genuine leader who can bring Telangana, because they have no other option than TRS, they are voting TRS. In recent elections, it is proven that they are loking for alternatives by electing a BJP candidate in Mahaboobnagar)

I think in overall, though we are doing great work (at least in our opinion), people are not recognizing us that we are strong enough. They basically are not reaching people. If we leave T-region for sentiment reasons, we didn’t even able to secure respectable votes in Kovur. So there is a serious problem.

What I think we should be doing

Events and Issues

1) Dr. JP need to take up one big issue in next 6 months, showcasing party’s strength and taking the issue to the logical end. We have issues like

- Hyd Water problem (since TRS is weak in Hyd and Caste politics will not yield much, and because of natural advantage we have in cities, this issue is solvable with Krishna Phase 3 and affects many, we should concentrate on this. If JP could not do these atleast second level leaders like Katari garu, or Varma garu or someone local in Hyd should take it up)

- Rythu Problems (Since we already grouped several farmers under swatantra rthu sangahs for Rythu Satyagraha Yatra, we can continue this issue with established logistics and strategies. but what I think is that, events should be centered in district HQ as we can attract town and city voters easily. Solving market yard problems can be taken up to be able to do the events in the towns.)

- Lokayukta for AP (if we pressurize Govt just like we did in Paddy export, we can champion the anti-corruption movement in the state. We have been fighting fighting and fighting for years on corruption and if we cant even make the Assembly to atleast to discuss about independent powerful Lokayukta it’s a shame. Look at Anna Hazare movement, being a political party we should with no hesitation should opt the path of Nirahaara dheeksha. If we could bring movement on this, we can be seen as crusaders of corruption in AP atleast)

….then taking other issue. For me the motto is that, Always JP should be in public on issues creating ripples.

2) In parallel, Local leaders should take up the same issue in their region to harness/tap the same momentum of JP into the local people.

3) Most of the times people caste vote to someone because he doesn’t like the other (anti-incumbency). We cannot sit tight and say we will not criticize, when we needed to give strong criticism targeting leaders of the other parties to make voters realize how bad they are.

4) Constituency leaders should focus on spreading Loksatta, recruiting volunteers and fighting on local issues. Now only big scale events can only turn the wind toward us.

5)      We are restricted with funds, people, resources, media backup, lack of organization and several others. With all these ailments, without innovative methods of doing things, we cannot be able to capture the minds of voters. Rythu Satygraha Yatra is an innovative way doing things. We need more and more of such things in daily party activities.

Organizational buildup

1) Expedite Identifying the focused Assembly and Parliamentary seats immediately (unless until we focus all our strengths, no substantial representation can be achieved in Assembly). If we already have those officially identified, I am sorry I am not aware of them.

2) Establish Constituency leaders (#1), mandal level leaders (#1), Village level leaders (#1 or #2) and volunteers (at least 10-15 fulltime in each village) in each focused area. These volunteers become crucial at the time of election and on Election Day to assist the voters and can be appointed as booth representatives).

3) Establish logistics, line of command in the focused areas. Dr. JP directly reviewing the progress every month (so that they get chance to speak to the leader and direct relation can be established) will be useful to have two way communication between the leaders.
